Services
More than a meal.
Meals are what we’re known for. Staying connected, checked on and independent at home is the bigger job.
Service one
Meal delivery
Chilled and frozen meals delivered to your door Monday to Friday, between 9am and 12pm. Order for a week, a fortnight, or just the days you’d rather not cook — there’s no lock-in, and you can change your order as often as you need. Meals are cooked fresh, portioned properly, and packed to keep well in the fridge or freezer, so you can heat one up whenever suits, not just on delivery day.
Service two
Welfare check-ins
Every delivery is a quiet check that all is well. Our volunteers get to know the people on their run, so they notice when something’s off — a light left on, mail piling up, or a door that’s not usually locked stays unlocked. If something doesn’t look right, we follow up straight away, and with your permission we’ll let a family member or your care coordinator know so it’s dealt with quickly rather than sitting unnoticed for days.
It’s a simple thing built into a service you’re already using, not an extra appointment or a form to fill out. For a lot of our clients, especially those living alone, that daily knock is the difference between someone knowing within hours if there’s a problem, and no one knowing for days.
Service three
Dietary & texture-modified meals
Gluten free, diabetic friendly, low salt, vegetarian, dairy free — plus soft, minced & moist and puréed meals prepared to IDDSI levels 4, 5 and 6. Whatever’s been recommended by a doctor, dietitian or speech pathologist, tell us the details and we’ll match your meals to it exactly, no guesswork required. We take dietary requirements seriously because getting them wrong isn’t just inconvenient — for a lot of our clients it’s a genuine safety issue.
Service four
Short-term & respite meals
Home from hospital, recovering from a fall, or a carer away for a fortnight? We can start and stop whenever you need — there’s no minimum term, no contract, and nothing to cancel if your circumstances change. A lot of people use this service for just a week or two while they get back on their feet, then stop again once things settle, and that’s exactly what it’s there for.
If you’re not sure how long you’ll need meals for, that’s fine — call us and describe the situation, and we’ll set something up that flexes around it rather than locking you into a fixed plan. Short-term doesn’t mean a lesser service either; you get the same quality meals and the same daily check-in as our long-term clients.
